Location

Cyprus Villages is located in the heart of Cyprus – central yet hidden in the hills of the villages Tochni and Kalavasos, making it ideal for exploring the natural beauty of Cyprus off the beaten track, from the mountains to the coast.
The villages are located between Larnaca and Limassol, only approx. 10 minutes' drive from "Governor's Beach" (sun loungers are included in the garden of the Sofronion Restaurant).
Tochni, in particular, impresses with its hillside location offering a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape. Some apartments can be reached via steep stone stairs.

Facilities

The thick walls, small windows, stone or wooden stairs of the houses are typical of the original island architecture. You can relax with a drink or a book on your veranda, terrace, or in the garden at any time of the day. Wi-Fi is included in all apartments. Nearby (maximum approx. 7 minutes on foot) there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Use is included for our guests.

Apartment 1 Bedroom (Tochni)

The apartments are fully furnished in a traditional style. The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchenette, shower/WC, a separate bedroom, balcony or terrace, and free Wi-Fi. The communal pool is reachable within approx. 5 minutes on foot. Heating/air conditioning (for a fee) is located in the bedroom (A12/A13).
Room cleaning is done every 4 days.
The apartments are located in Tochni.

Apartment 2 Bedrooms (Tochni)

With otherwise the same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, these have two bedrooms (AB2/AB3/AB4/AB5).
Room cleaning is done every 4 days.
The 2-bedroom apartments are located in Tochni.

Apartment Deluxe 1 Bedroom (Tochni)

The Deluxe Apartments consist of a living room with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. They feature toiletries, bath towels, and a hairdryer in the bathroom, as well as higher-quality mattresses and pillows, and a balcony or terrace. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A communal pool can be reached within a maximum of 2 minutes' walk (D2A).
You will receive a welcome drink upon arrival.
Room cleaning is done every 3 days.
The Deluxe Apartments are located in Tochni.

Apartment 1 Bedroom (Kalavasos)

With otherwise the same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, these additionally have a separate bedroom and a balcony or terrace. A pool is located approx. 5 minutes from the residential complex (AC2/AC3).
Room cleaning is done every 4 days.
These apartments are located in Kalavasos.

Apartment 2 Bedrooms (Kalavasos)

Like the 1-bedroom apartments (Kalavasos), but with an additional bedroom (AD2/AD5).
Room cleaning is done every 4 days.
The apartments are located in Kalavasos.

Studio (Kalavasos)

With the same amenities as the standard apartments, these are slightly smaller (1 room) and can only be booked with self-catering (S12).
The studios are located in Kalavasos.

Board

Breakfast/Half Board

Only when booking an apartment in Tochni: breakfast included.
When booking half board, dinner is included at the Tochni Tavern. Half board cannot be booked in winter between December 1st and March 1st, as the tavern is closed in the evenings.

Experience the natural beauty of Cyprus off the beaten track. Or rent professional bicycles to explore the hinterland. Fishing trips with a local fisherman are partly offered. (In each case, by local providers, prices available upon request.)

Due to the hillside location and some stairs/steps, the houses in Tochni are not suitable for people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users.
