Location

Cyprus Villages is located in the heart of Cyprus – central yet hidden in the hills of the villages Tochni and Kalavasos, making it ideal for exploring the natural beauty of Cyprus off the beaten tourist paths, from the mountains to the coast.
The villages are situated between Larnaca and Limassol, only about a 10-minute drive from "Governor’s Beach" (sun loungers are included in the garden of the Sofronion Restaurant).
Tochni, in particular, impresses with its hillside location offering magnificent views of the surrounding landscape. Some apartments can be reached via partly steep stone stairs.

Facilities

The thick walls, small windows, and stone or wooden stairs of the houses are typical of the original island architecture. You can relax at any time of day with a drink or a book on the veranda, terrace, or in the garden. Wi-Fi is included in all apartments. Nearby (maximum approx. 7 minutes on foot) is a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Use is included for our guests.

1-Bedroom Apartment (Tochni)

The apartments are fully furnished in a traditional style. The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchenette, shower/WC, a separate bedroom, balcony or terrace, and free Wi-Fi. The shared pool is reachable within approx. 5 minutes on foot. Heating/air conditioning (for a fee) is located in the bedroom (A12/A13).
Room cleaning is done every 4 days.
The apartments are located in Tochni.

2-Bedroom Apartment (Tochni)

With otherwise identical furnishings to the 1-bedroom apartments, these feature two bedrooms (AB2/AB3/AB4/AB5).
Room cleaning is done every 4 days.
The 2-bedroom apartments are located in Tochni.

Deluxe 1-Bedroom Apartment (Tochni)

The Deluxe apartments consist of a living room with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. They feature toiletries, bath towels, and a hairdryer in the bathroom, as well as higher-quality mattresses and pillows, and a balcony or terrace. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A shared pool can be reached within a maximum of 2 minutes on foot (D2A).
Upon arrival, all guests receive a welcome drink.
Room cleaning is done every 3 days.
The Deluxe apartments are located in Tochni.

1-Bedroom Apartment (Kalavasos)

With otherwise identical furnishings to the 1-bedroom apartments, these also have a separate bedroom and a balcony or terrace. A pool is located approx. 5 minutes from the residential complex (AC2/AC3).
Room cleaning is done every 4 days.
These apartments are located in Kalavasos.

2-Bedroom Apartment (Kalavasos)

Like the 1-bedroom apartments (Kalavasos), but with an additional bedroom (AD2/AD5).
Room cleaning is done every 4 days.

Studio (Kalavasos)

With the same furnishings as the standard apartments, these are slightly smaller (1 room) and can only be booked with self-catering (S12).
The studios are located in Kalavasos.

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Included breakfast only when booking an apartment in Tochni.
When booking half board, dinner is included at the Tochni Taverne. Half board cannot be booked in winter between 01.12. and 01.03. as the taverne is closed in the evenings.

Hiking and jogging in the surrounding area are possible.

Sports for a fee

You can discover the natural beauty of Cyprus away from the usual tourist routes. Alternatively, professional bicycles are available for exploring the hinterland. Fishing trips with local fishermen are also sometimes offered (local provider).

Arrival by car

After leaving the airport, follow the signs towards Lemesos. Approximately halfway to Lemesos, leave the highway at exit 15, signposted "Kalavasos–Tochni, Maroni, Psematismenos, Zygi". Then follow the signs towards the village of Tochni.
Upon arrival in the village of Tochni, continue on the main road until you see a church on your left and a small supermarket on your right. Turn right at this point and follow the signs for Tochni Taverne and the reception of Cyprus Village. Turn left at the "Tochni Tavern" sign, then left again and drive up the steep hill to the Tochni Tavern parking lot.
At the end of the parking lot, near the fence, there is a staircase leading to the Tochni Taverne. As you descend the stairs, the swimming pool, the Tochni Taverne, and the reception of CYPRUS VILLAGES will become visible. Here you will be greeted by a representative who will welcome you and escort you to your accommodation.
The approximate driving time is about 30 minutes.
