The extensive complex includes the following amenities: 2 buffet restaurants, 7 à la carte restaurants (international drinks at an extra charge, selected ones included at no extra charge), and 11 bars. In the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, there are 2 pools with pool/swim-up bars and 2 whirlpools. The hotel also features a nightclub and a shopping arcade. A bowling alley and batting cage are available at no extra charge.

The Junior Suites are equipped with one king-size or 2 queen-size beds, a sofa bed in the living area, spacious bathroom/WC with hydro-massage bathtub with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, mini-fridge, coffee machine, LCD or plasma TV, Wi-Fi, steamer, and a safe. Further amenities include a whirlpool and balcony with garden view (J2D/J1D). Also bookable with pool view (J2P/J1P).

Juniorsuite Elegance Nature View

Same facilities as the Junior Suite Nature View but with higher-quality and more modern furnishings (JS2). Also bookable as Junior Suite Elegance Pool View (2JP).

Privilege Juniorsuite

Same facilities as the Junior Suites, alarm clock, premium drinks in the minibar, free internet access in Privilege suites, and deluxe bathroom. In addition, guests of this category have access to the following amenities: access to the Privilege Lounge (free Wi-Fi, library, snacks), preferred reservation in the à la carte restaurants, 1 lobster dinner per stay (reservation required), concierge service, and a private area on the beach with Balinese beds (J2R). Also bookable as Privilege Junior Suite Pool View (Q2R).
Extra Privilege Service: Exclusive evening excursion from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM including food, drinks, and entertainment at another Ocean hotel. Guests must provide their own transport. (The Privilege Concierge must be notified by the customer 24 hours before the excursion).

In the Dominican Republic, sinks or even bathtubs/whirlpools can be integrated openly into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is frequently recorded in the Caribbean during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean the affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate machinery is required for this, which may cause a slight noise level.
