The sprawling complex includes the following amenities: 2 buffet restaurants, 7 à la carte restaurants (international drinks at extra charge, selected included), and 11 bars. The beautifully landscaped tropical gardens feature 2 pools with pool/swim-up bars and 2 whirlpools. The hotel also has a disco and a shopping arcade. Bowling alley and batting cage available free of charge.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are equipped with a king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, a sofa bed in the living area, a spacious bathroom with bath/WC and shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, mini-fridge, coffee maker, LCD or plasma TV, Wi-Fi, steamer, safe, and balcony (JS2/JS1). Also bookable as Junior Suite Pool View (J2P/J1P).

Privilege Junior Suite

Same amenities as the Junior Suites, alarm clock, premium drinks in the minibar, free internet access in the Privilege Suites and Deluxe bathrooms. Additionally, guests in this category have access to the Privilege Lounge (free Wi-Fi, library, snacks), priority reservations at à la carte restaurants, 1 lobster dinner per stay (reservation required), concierge service, and a private beach area with Balinese beds (J2R). Also bookable as Privilege Junior Suite Pool View (Q2R).
Extra Privilege Service: Exclusive evening excursion from 6 PM to 1 AM, including food, drinks, and entertainment at another Ocean Hotel. Transfer must be arranged by the guest. (The Privilege Concierge must be notified 24 hours in advance by the guests regarding the excursion).

Junior Suite Superior Deluxe

Same amenities as the Junior Suites, but more spacious and additionally equipped with a whirlpool and a balcony with garden view (J2D).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may be present due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often more prevalent in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local municipalities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate some noise.
