The extensive complex includes the following amenities: 2 buffet restaurants, 7 à la carte restaurants (international drinks at an extra charge, selected drinks free of charge) and 11 bars. The beautifully landscaped tropical gardens feature 2 pools with pool/swim-up bar and 2 whirlpools. The hotel also has a discotheque and a shopping arcade. Bowling and batting cage available free of charge.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are equipped with a king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, a sofa bed in the living area, a spacious bathroom/WC with hydro-bath with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, mini-fridge, coffee machine, LCD or plasma TV, Wi-Fi, steamer, safe and balcony (JS2/JS1). Also bookable as a Junior Suite with pool view (J2P/J1P).

Privilege Junior Suite

Same amenities as the Junior Suites, alarm clock, premium drinks in the mini-bar, free internet access in the Privilege Suites and deluxe bathrooms. In addition, guests in this category have the following amenities: access to the Privilege Lounge (free Wi-Fi, library, snacks), priority reservations in the à la carte restaurants, 1 lobster dinner per stay (reservation required), concierge service, private area on the beach with Balinese beds (J2R). Also bookable as a Privilege Junior Suite with pool view (Q2R).
Extra for Privilege Service: Exclusive evening excursion from 6 PM to 1 AM, including food, drinks, and entertainment at another Ocean Hotel. Transfer must be arranged by the guest. (The Privilege Concierge must be notified 24 hours in advance of the excursion by the customers).

Junior Suite Superior Deluxe

Same amenities as the Junior Suites, but more spacious and additionally with a whirlpool and a balcony with garden view (J2D).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

In the Dominican Republic, sinks or bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

Seasonal Note

For stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the local authorities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
