The sprawling resort includes the following amenities: 2 buffet restaurants, 7 à-la-carte restaurants (international drinks for an additional charge, select drinks included), and 11 bars. Set within the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens are 2 pools with pool/swim-up bars and 2 whirlpools. The hotel also features a disco and a shopping gallery. A bowling alley and batting cage are available at no extra charge.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are equipped with one king-size or two queen-size beds, a sofa bed in the living area, a spacious bathroom/WC with a hydro-massage tub and shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, mini-fridge, coffee maker, LCD or plasma TV, Wi-Fi, steamer, safe, and balcony (JS2/JS1). Also available to book as a Junior Suite with pool view (J2P/J1P).

Privilege Junior Suite

Same features as the Junior Suites, plus alarm clock, premium drinks in the minibar, complimentary internet access in Privilege suites, and deluxe bathrooms. Guests in this category also enjoy access to the Privilege Lounge (complimentary Wi-Fi, library, snacks), priority reservations at à-la-carte restaurants, 1 lobster dinner per stay (reservation required), concierge service, and a private beach area with Balinese beds (J2R). Also available to book as a Privilege Junior Suite with pool view (Q2R).
Privilege Service Extras: Exclusive evening excursion from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM, including food, drinks, and entertainment at another Ocean hotel. Transfers are not provided. (The Privilege Concierge must be notified by the guest 24 hours prior to the excursion).

Same features as the Junior Suites but more spacious and additionally equipped with a whirlpool and a balcony with garden view (J2D).

Seasonal information

Between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae can happen due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased accumulation of brown algae (sargassum) is frequently observed in the Caribbean. This can impact the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities naturally strive to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of specialized machinery, which may cause some minor noise.
