Location

This modern holiday residence is centrally located in the town of Kumköy, approximately 4 km from Side. The hotel’s own sandy beach can be reached after about 250 m. Public minibus connections and taxis are available on the main road.

Facilities

The chic holiday resort features a total of 334 rooms distributed over seven floors. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, lifts and a lobby bar, inviting seating areas, a buffet restaurant with a large terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (upon reservation, for a fee), a patisserie, various bars, a satellite TV corner, a conference room, a modern indoor pool with a children's pool (open only in winter), and a well-equipped spa area. Additionally, there is a "Game Center," various shops, and an internet café (all for a fee); Wi-Fi is free in the hotel building, in the rooms, and on the beach. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features an amphitheater for evening entertainment, a freshwater pool landscape with a separate children's pool and three water slides, as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Here, as well as at the hotel's own beach section (with beach/snack bar), sun loungers with fabric padding, sun sails, and beach towels (included 1x daily, further changes for a fee) are provided free of charge.
Winter:
- The outdoor area features a semi-Olympic pool, which will be heated weather-dependently from 15.10.-15.11.26 and from 15.3.-15.4.
- The indoor pool is heated in winter depending on weather conditions.

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable, in high season subject to availability), minibar (stocked daily with soft drinks, water, mineral water, and beer), coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, DVD player, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DR = SR for single use (DE). Available in winter at more favorable conditions with limited contingent (DA/DEA).

Super Saver Room

These are identical to the double rooms and are located on the 1st or 2nd floor with land view and a French balcony (SSZ). In winter, also optionally bookable for single use (SSE).

Comfort Room Side Sea View

With the same features as the double rooms and a side sea view, these additionally include late check-out (until 3 PM) or early check-in (from 9 AM, before this it is subject to a fee), wine in the room on the day of arrival, and one-time use of the à-la-carte restaurant per stay (CDM). Available for single use for an extra charge (CEM).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, continental breakfast from 0:00 to 7:00, various snacks at the pool and beach bar at specified times, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and late-night supper. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
