Location

The modern holiday complex is centrally located in the resort of Kumköy, approximately 4 km from Side. The hotel's private sandy beach is about 250 m away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available on the main road.

Facilities

The chic holiday complex has a total of 334 rooms spread across seven floors. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, lifts and lobby bar, inviting seating areas, a buffet restaurant with a large terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservation required, for a fee), patisserie, several bars, satellite TV corner, a conference room, the modern indoor pool with children's pool (open in winter only) and a well-equipped spa area. Also the "Game Center" and various shops, as well as an internet café (both for a fee). Wi-Fi is free in the hotel building, in the rooms, and on the beach. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features an amphitheater for evening entertainment, a freshwater pool complex with a separate children's pool and three water slides, and a sun terrace with a pool/snackbar. Here, as well as on the hotel's private beach section (with beach/snackbar), loungers with fabric covers, sunshades, and beach towels (included once daily, further changes for a fee) are free of charge.
Winter:
- The outdoor area includes a semi-Olympic pool, which will be heated subject to weather conditions from 15.10.-15.11. and from 15.3.-15.4.
- The indoor pool is heated subject to weather conditions in winter.
- There is only soft animation, Turkish language course, and cooking class.
- Nordic walking opportunities are available free of charge.
- Pool and beach snack bars are closed.
- Animation takes place in the lobby area 6 times a week.
- The playground can be used depending on the weather.
- A windbreak is provided on the beach.

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar (stocked daily with soft drinks, water & mineral water, and beer), coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, DVD player, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ = SZ for single occupancy (DE). Available at more favorable conditions in winter 25/26 in limited quantities (DA/DEA).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and are located on the 1st or 2nd floor with garden view and a French balcony (SSZ). In winter, they can also be booked for single occupancy (SSE).

Comfort Room with Partial Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these rooms offer partial sea views and additionally include late check-out (until 3 PM) or early check-in (from 9 AM, otherwise for a fee), and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Guests also benefit from one complimentary visit to an à la carte restaurant per stay (CDM). Single occupancy is available for an additional charge (CEM).

Family Room Duplex Type A

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms on two levels in a maisonette style and two bathrooms with an open staircase (2FA).

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser breakfast, various snacks at the pool and beach bar at specified times, coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and late dinner. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the open bars. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
