Location

The modern holiday complex is centrally located in the town of Kumköy, about 4 km from Side. The hotel's own sandy beach can be reached in about 250 m. Public minibuses and taxis are available on the main road.

Facilities

The chic holiday resort has a total of 334 rooms spread over seven floors. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, lifts and lobby bar, inviting seating areas, a buffet restaurant with a large terrace, various à la carte restaurants (by reservation, for a fee), patisserie, several bars, a satellite TV corner, a conference room, the modern indoor pool with children's pool (open only in winter) and a well-equipped spa area. Also, the "Game Center" and various shops as well as an internet cafe (both for a fee), Wi-Fi is free in the hotel building and in the rooms as well as on the beach. The beautifully designed outdoor area features an amphitheater for evening entertainment, a freshwater pool landscape with a separate children's pool and three water slides, as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snackbar. Here, as well as on the hotel's own beach section (with beach/snackbar), sun loungers with fabric inserts, sunshades and bath towels (included once a day, further changes for a fee) are free of charge.
Winter:
- The outdoor area has a semi-Olympic pool, which will be heated from October 15th to November 15th and from March 15th to April 15th, depending on the weather.
- The indoor pool is heated in winter depending on the weather.
- There is only soft animation, Turkish language course, and cooking class.
- Nordic walking is available free of charge.
- Snack bars at the pool and beach are closed.
- Animation takes place in the lobby area 6 times a week.
- The playground can be used depending on the weather.
- A windbreak is available on the beach.
- Slides are not in operation in winter.
- A windbreak is available on the beach (between December 15th and February 15th).

The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar (stocked daily with soft drinks, water & mineral water and beer), coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, DVD player, safe, laminate flooring and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). In winter 25/26 bookable at more favorable conditions in a small contingent (DA/DEA).

Super Saver Room

They are identical to the double rooms and are located on the 1st or 2nd floor with land view and a French balcony (SSZ). In winter, they can also be booked for single use (SSE).

In addition to the double rooms, they offer late check-out (until 3 p.m.) or early check-in (from 9 a.m., otherwise for a fee) and wine on arrival in the room, as well as one-time use of the à la carte restaurant per stay (CDM). With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, they consist of two rooms on two levels in a maisonette style and two bathrooms with an open staircase (2FA).

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, at specified times various snacks at the pool and beach bar, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, ice cream hour and late dinner. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
