Location

The modern holiday resort is centrally located in the village of Kumköy, approximately 4 km from Side. The hotel's own sandy beach can be reached in about 250 m. Public minibus connections and taxis are available on the main road.

Facilities

The chic holiday complex has a total of 334 rooms spread over seven floors. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, lifts and lobby bar, inviting seating areas, a buffet restaurant with a large terrace, various à la carte restaurants (by reservation, for a fee), patisserie, various bars, a satellite TV corner, a conference room, the modern indoor pool with children's pool (open only in winter) and a well-equipped spa area. Also the "Game Center" and various shops as well as an internet café (both for a fee), Wi-Fi is free in the hotel building and in the rooms as well as on the beach. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features an amphitheater for evening entertainment, a freshwater pool complex with a separate children's pool and three water slides, as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snackbar. Here, as well as at the hotel's own beach section (with beach/snackbar), loungers with fabric cover, sunshades and beach towels (1x daily included, further changes for a fee) are free.
Winter:
- The outdoor area includes a semi-Olympic pool, which will be heated from October 15th to November 15th and from March 15th to April 15th, depending on the weather.
- The indoor pool is heated in winter depending on the weather.
- There is only soft animation, Turkish language course, and cooking class.
- Nordic walking opportunities are available free of charge.
- Snack bars at the pool and beach are closed.
- Animation takes place in the lobby area 6 times a week.
- The playground can be used depending on the weather.

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar (stocked daily with soft drinks, water & mineral water and beer), coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, DVD player, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). DZ = EZ for single use (DE). In winter, bookable at more favorable conditions in small contingents (DA/DEA).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and are located on the 1st or 2nd floor with garden view and a French balcony (SSZ). In winter, also bookable for single use (SSE).

Comfort Room with Partial Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these rooms offer partial sea views and additionally include late check-out (until 3 PM) or early check-in (from 9 AM, subject to a fee before that) and a bottle of wine on arrival. Also includes one visit per stay to an à la carte restaurant (CDM). Available for single occupancy at an additional charge (CEM).

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, continental breakfast from 0 to 7 AM, various snacks at the pool and beach bar at specified times, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and late dinner. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
