Location

The extensive hotel complex (120,000 m² area) is located in the wooded resort area of Belek, directly on the long, expansive sandy/pebble beach. The small village of Kadriye is 5 km away, and Antalya is about 30 km away. Both can be easily reached by public minibus connections or taxi.

Surrounded by green landscape, the holiday hotel (newly renovated in 2025) consists of a main building with six floors and 5 villa blocks with two to three floors, offering a total of 498 rooms. The interior features a reception area with a lobby bar and comfortable seating. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Further facilities include several bars, various à la carte restaurants (subject to a service charge), and a patisserie. A heated indoor pool (seasonal). Several shops (for a fee), conference rooms. The outdoor area features an Olympic freshwater swimming pool (seasonally heated), an aqua park with six water slides, an activity pool, and two children's pools, one of which has water slides for the younger guests. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included on the sun terraces and at the beach with a beach/snackbar.
The following restrictions apply in winter:
- Aquapark is not in operation
- Outdoor areas have limited use.
- No beach bar

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms, located in the main building and approximately 47 m² in size, consist of a double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed (for children under 12 years), bathtub/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hourly, central), safe, minibar, satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), carpeted floor, and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge. Single use of double room (DE/DEM).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the Junior Suite rooms, these rooms are located in the villa area and are approximately 60 m² in size, featuring a double bed and a single bed (DF2).

Suite

The rooms in the main building have similar amenities to the Junior Suite rooms, consist of 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms/WC, are approximately 95 m² in size, and offer a sea view (S2M).

Lake Suite (Suite Type A)

With similar location and amenities to the family suites, these rooms are spread over 2 floors and are approximately 80 m² in size. The first floor has 2 single beds and a bathroom/WC, while the second floor has a double bed, bathroom/WC, and a balcony (SA).

Garden Suite

With similar location and amenities to the family suites, these rooms are approximately 120 m² in size, featuring two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms/WC and a living room, laminate flooring, and a terrace (SG2).

Pasha Suite (Suite Type B)

With similar location and amenities to the Lale Suite, these rooms are approximately 150 m² in size. The first floor has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms/WC and a living room. The upper floor has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom/WC (2SB).

Bohemia Suite

Located in the Bohemia Villa area, these 75 m² rooms offer direct access to the shared pool for this room category. The rooms are equipped with a large double bed and two sofas and include special privileges for this room category (VIP check-in, special room welcome, turndown service, Roberto Cavalli toiletries, iron and ironing board, pillow menu, free use of à la carte restaurants, etc.) (2HT).

Bohemia Dublex Suite (Suite Type C)

These 140 m² rooms are spread over 2 floors and feature a lounge, one bedroom with a large double bed and two sofas, and a coffee machine. They also have direct access to the shared pool and special privileges for this room category (VIP check-in, special room welcome, turndown service, Roberto Cavalli toiletries, iron and ironing board, pillow menu, free use of à la carte restaurants, etc.) (SC).

Ultra All Inclusive

Buffet breakfast with fresh orange juice, lunch, and dinner (with diet corner), late riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic, non-alcoholic drinks, and some imported drinks are included at the open bars from 10 am to 2 am. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks, milk chocolate, crackers, water, and beer. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Sports included

Seven tennis courts and 2 paddle tennis courts with own equipment, fitness room, beach volleyball (seasonal), darts, aerobics, and table tennis.
