Location

The extensive hotel complex (120,000 m² area) is located in the green holiday area of Belek, directly on the long, sweeping sand/pebble beach. The small village of Kadriye is 5 km away, and Antalya is about 30 km away. Both can be easily reached by public minibus connections or by taxi.

Surrounded by green landscape, the holiday hotel (newly renovated in 2025) consists of a main building with six floors and 5 villa blocks with two to three floors, offering a total of 498 rooms. The interior includes a reception area with a lounge and lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Further facilities include several bars, various à la carte restaurants (with a service charge), and a patisserie. A heated indoor pool (seasonal). Various shops (for a fee), conference rooms. The outdoor area features an Olympic freshwater swimming pool (seasonally heated), an aqua park with six water slides, an activity pool, and two children's pools, one of which has water slides for the younger guests. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels are included on the sun terraces and at the beach with a beach/snackbar.
Please note the following restrictions during winter:
- Aqua park is not in operation
- Outdoor areas have limited usability.
- No beach bar

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms, located in the main building and measuring approx. 47 m², consist of a double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed (for children under 12 years), bath/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning (hourly, central), safe, minibar, satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), carpet flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. DZ = EZ for single occupancy (DE/DEM).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the Junior Suite rooms, these rooms are located in the villa area and are approx. 60 m² in size, featuring a double bed and a single bed (DF2).

Suite

These rooms, located in the main building, have similar amenities to the Junior Suite rooms, consist of 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms/toilets, are approx. 95 m² in size, and have a sea view (S2M).

Lake Suite (Suite Type A)

With similar location and amenities to the Family Suite rooms, these are spread over 2 floors and are approx. 80 m² in size. The first floor has 2 single beds and a bath/toilet, while the second floor has a double bed, bath/toilet, and a balcony (SA).

Garden Suite

With similar location and amenities to the Family Suite rooms, these are approx. 120 m² in size, featuring two bedrooms with their own bath/toilet and a living room, laminate flooring, and terrace (SG2).

Pasha Suite (Suite Type B)

With similar location and amenities to the Lale Suite, these are approx. 150 m² in size. The first floor has two bedrooms with their own bath/toilet and a living room, while the upper floor has one bedroom with its own bath/toilet (2SB).

Bohemia Suite

Located in the Bohemia Villa area, these rooms are 75 m² and have direct access to the shared pool for this room category. The rooms are equipped with a large double bed and two sofas and offer special privileges for this room category (VIP check-in, special room welcome, turndown service, Roberto Cavalli bathroom amenities, iron and ironing board, pillow menu, complimentary use of à la carte restaurants, etc.) (2HT).

Bohemia Duplex Suite (Suite Type C)

These 140 m² rooms are spread over 2 floors and have a living room, one bedroom with a large double bed and 2 sofas, and a coffee machine. They also have direct access to the shared pool and special privileges for this room category (VIP check-in, special room welcome, turndown service, Roberto Cavalli bathroom amenities, iron and ironing board, pillow menu, complimentary use of à la carte restaurants, etc.) (SC). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

Meals

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with fresh orange juice, lunch and dinner (with diet corner) served buffet-style, late riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, and some imported drinks are included at the open bars from 10 AM to 2 AM. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks, milk chocolate, crackers, water, and beer. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
