Location

The extensive hotel complex (120,000 m² area) is located in the wooded resort area of Belek, directly on the long, extensive sandy/pebble beach. The small village of Kadriye is 5 km away, and Antalya is about 30 km away. Both can be easily reached by public minibus connections or by taxi.

Surrounded by green landscape, the holiday hotel (newly renovated in 2025) consists of a main building with six floors and 5 villa blocks with two to three floors and a total of 498 rooms. The interior consists of an entrance area with a reception, comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Further facilities include several bars, various à la carte restaurants (for a service charge) and a patisserie. A heated indoor pool (seasonal). Various shops (for a fee), conference rooms. In the outdoor area there is an Olympic freshwater swimming pool (seasonally heated), an aquapark with six water slides, an activity pool and two children's pools, one of which has water slides for the little guests. Sun loungers, mattresses, sunshades and beach towels are included on the sun terraces and at the beach bar/snack bar.
Please note the following restrictions in winter:
- Aquapark is not in operation
- Outdoor areas are limited in use.
- No beach bar

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms located in the main building and measuring approx. 47 m², consist of a double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed (for children under 12 years), bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hourly, central), safe, minibar, satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), carpet and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view (DM) can be booked for an additional charge. DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DEM).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the Junior Suite rooms, the rooms are located in the villa area and are approx. 60 m² in size, with a double bed and a single bed (DF2).

Suite

The rooms located in the main building have similar amenities to the Junior Suite rooms, consist of 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms/WC, are approx. 95 m² in size and have sea view (S2M).

Lake Suite (Suite Type A)

With similar location and amenities to the Suite Family rooms, spread over 2 floors and approx. 80 m² in size. The first floor has 2 single beds and bath/WC, the second floor has a double bed, bath/WC and a balcony (SA).

Garden Suite

With similar location and amenities to the Suite Family rooms and are approx. 120 m² in size, with two bedrooms with en-suite bath/WC and a living room, laminate flooring, terrace (SG2).

Pasha Suite (Suite Type B)

With similar location and amenities to the Lale Suite, they are approx. 150 m² in size. The first floor has two bedrooms with en-suite bath/WC and a living room, the upper floor has one bedroom with en-suite bath/WC (2SB).

Bohemia Suite

The rooms located in the Bohemia Villa area are 75 m² in size and have direct access to the communal pool of this room category. The rooms are equipped with a large double bed and two sofas and have special privileges for this room category (VIP check-in, special room welcome, turndown service, Roberto Cavalli toiletries, iron and ironing board, pillow menu, free use of à la carte restaurants, etc. (2HT).

Bohemia Duplex Suite (Suite Type C)

These 140 m² rooms are built over 2 floors and have a lounge, one bedroom with a large double bed and two sofas, coffee machine. They also have direct access to the communal pool and special privileges for this room category (VIP check-in, special room welcome, turndown service, Roberto Cavalli toiletries, iron and ironing board, pillow menu, free use of à la carte restaurants, etc.) (SC).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, lunch and dinner (with diet corner) in buffet form, late riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie as well as midnight snack. Various local alcoholic, non-alcoholic drinks and some imported drinks at the respective open bars from 10 am to 2 am included. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks, milk chocolate, crackers, water and beer. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Energy drinks, other imported drinks and premium imported drinks.

Sports Included

Seven tennis and 2 paddle tennis courts with own equipment, fitness room, beach volleyball (seasonal), darts, aerobics and table tennis.
