Location

The expansive hotel complex (120,000 m² area) is located in the wooded holiday region of Belek, directly on a long, sprawling sand/pebble beach. It is 5 km to the small village of Kadriye and approximately 30 km to Antalya. Both can be easily reached via public minibus services or by taxi.

Surrounded by green landscape, the holiday hotel (newly renovated in 2025) consists of a six-story main building and 5 villa blocks with two to three floors, totaling 498 rooms. The interior features a reception area with a front desk, comfortable seating, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Other facilities include several bars, various à-la-carte restaurants (subject to a service fee), and a patisserie. There is a heated indoor pool (seasonal). Various shops (for a fee) and conference rooms are also available. The outdoor area features an Olympic freshwater swimming pool (can be heated depending on the season), an aqua park with six water slides, an activity pool, and two children's pools, one of which includes water slides for younger guests. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge on the sun terraces and at the beach, which also features a beach/snack bar.
Please note the following restrictions during winter:
- Aqua park is not in operation.
- Outdoor areas are available to a limited extent.
- No beach bar.

Accommodation

Double Room

Located in the main building, these approx. 47 m² rooms consist of one double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed (for children under 12 years), bathtub/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central/hourly), safe, minibar, satellite TV with music channel, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), carpet flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view (DM) are available for an extra charge. DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/DEM).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the Junior Suite rooms, these rooms are located in the villa area, measure approx. 60 m², and feature one double bed and one single bed (DF2).

Suite

Located in the main building, these rooms have similar amenities to the Junior Suite rooms, consist of 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms/WC, measure approx. 95 m², and feature a sea view (S2M).

Lake Suite (Suite Type A)

With similar location and amenities as the Family Suite rooms, these are set over 2 floors and measure approx. 80 m²; the first floor features 2 single beds and a bathroom/WC, the second floor has a double bed, bathroom/WC, and a balcony (SA).

Garden Suite

With similar location and amenities as the Family Suite rooms, these measure approx. 120 m² and feature two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms/WC, a living room, laminate flooring, and a terrace (SG2).

Pasha Suite (Suite Type B)

With similar location and amenities as the Lale Suite, these measure approx. 150 m²; the first floor features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms/WC and a living room, while the upper floor has a bedroom with its own bathroom/WC (2SB).

Bohemia Suite

Located in the Bohemia Villa area, these 75 m² rooms provide direct access to the shared pool for this room category. The rooms are equipped with a large double bed and two sofas and offer special room category privileges (VIP check-in, special room reception, turndown service, Roberto Cavalli bath amenities, iron and ironing board, pillow menu, free use of à la carte restaurants, etc.) (2HT).

Bohemia Duplex Suite (Suite Type C)

These 140 m² rooms are built over 2 floors and feature a lounge, a bedroom with a large double bed and 2 sofas, and a coffee machine. They also have direct access to the shared pool and special room category privileges (VIP check-in, special room reception, turndown service, Roberto Cavalli bath amenities, iron and ironing board, pillow menu, free use of à la carte restaurants, etc.) (SC). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

Meals

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, lunch and dinner (with diet corner) in buffet style, late-riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic, non-alcoholic drinks, and selected imported drinks are included at the bars from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. The minibar is restocked daily with soft drinks, chocolate milk, crackers, water, and beer. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
