Location

Located directly on the upper beach promenade of Playa del Ingles in a quiet area, with a fantastic panoramic view of the beach and sea.
You can reach the kilometer-long sandy dune beach via stairs (a few minutes' walk).
The "La Sandia" shopping and entertainment center is located approx. 300 m away.
The "Cita" shopping center is approx. 600 m away.
The airport is approx. 34 km away.

Facilities

Modern hotel complex with large pool and multiple balconies under a blue sky.
This small holiday complex, which is very popular with German guests, is a schauinsland-reisen original and consists of 18 residential units spread over 3 floors.
There is no reception. Key handover and guest services are handled by the property manager (depending on arrival time, possibly via access code) and the local tour guide.
The swimming pool, which can be heated in winter, is located in the garden area planted with flowers and palm trees, and features a sun terrace with sun loungers and cushions (free of charge).
It has a direct exit to the beach promenade.

Accommodation

Apartment 1 bedroom

Spacious overall layout with a separate bedroom, living room with sleeping area for the 3rd person, fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster, and coffee machine, bathroom with shower/WC, air conditioning, safe included, satellite TV free of charge, Wi-Fi included, and furnished balcony or terrace (AB2).
(Preferred room features regarding balcony or terrace are only possible as a non-binding customer request).
Also bookable for single occupancy (AB1).
Combo apartment (two apartments with a connecting door, for the price of two apartments) available, only possible as a non-binding customer request, no binding confirmation by the hotelier.
