Directly on the upper promenade of Playa del Ingles in a quiet location, with fantastic panoramic views over the beach and sea.
The kilometer-long sandy dune beach can be reached via a staircase access (a few minutes' walk).
The shopping and entertainment center "La Sandia" is approx. 300 m away.
The shopping center "Cita" is approx. 600 m away.
The airport is approx. 34 km away.

Facilities

Modern three-story hotel with glass balconies and large outdoor pool under clear blue sky.
This small holiday complex, very popular with German guests, is a schauinsland-reisen original and consists of 18 residential units spread over 3 floors.
There is no reception. Key handover and assistance are provided by the property manager (with access code depending on arrival time) and the local tour guide.
In the garden area, which is planted with flowers and palm trees, there is a swimming pool heated in winter with a sun terrace and loungers with mattresses (free of charge).
It has a direct exit to the beach promenade.
