Location

Directly on the upper beach promenade of Playa del Ingles in a quiet location, with a fantastic panoramic view over the beach and sea.
You can reach the kilometer-long dune sand beach via a staircase access (a few minutes' walk).
The shopping and entertainment center "La Sandia" is approximately 300m away.
The shopping center "Cita" is about 600m away.
The airport is about 34 km away.

Facilities

Modern three-story hotel with glass balconies and large outdoor pool under clear blue sky.
This small holiday complex, very popular with German guests, is a Schauinsland-Reisen original and consists of 18 accommodation units spread over 3 floors.
There is no reception. Key handover and support are provided by the building manager (access code may be used depending on arrival time) and the local tour guide.
In the garden area, planted with flowers and palm trees, there is a swimming pool (heated in winter) with a sun terrace and loungers with cushions (free of charge).
It has a direct exit to the beach promenade.

Spacious overall layout with a separate bedroom, living area with sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person, fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine, bathroom with shower/WC, air conditioning, safe included, free satellite TV, Wi-Fi included, and furnished balcony or terrace (AB2).
