Directly on the upper promenade of Playa del Ingles in a quiet location, with fantastic panoramic views over the beach and sea.
The kilometer-long sand dunes can be reached via a staircase access (a few minutes' walk).
The shopping and entertainment center "La Sandia" is approximately 300 m away.
The "Cita" shopping center is about 600 m away.
The airport is approximately 34 km away.

Facilities

Modern three-story hotel with glass balconies and large outdoor pool under clear blue sky.
This small holiday complex, very popular with German guests, is a Schauinsland-Reisen original and consists of 18 accommodation units spread over 3 floors.
There is no reception. Key handover and support are provided by the building manager (access code may be provided depending on arrival time) and the local tour guide.
In the garden area, adorned with flowers and palm trees, you will find the swimming pool, which is heated in winter, with a sun terrace and loungers with cushions (free of charge).
It has direct access to the beach promenade.

Spacious overall, with a separate bedroom, living area with a sofa bed for the 3rd person, fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine, bathroom with shower/WC, air conditioning, safe included, free satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and furnished balcony or terrace (AB2).
