Location

Directly on the upper beach promenade of Playa del Ingles in a quiet location, with a fantastic panoramic view of the beach and sea.
The kilometer-long sand dune beach can be reached via a staircase access (a few minutes' walk).
The shopping and entertainment center "La Sandia" is approx. 300 m away.
The shopping center "Cita" is approx. 600 m away.
The airport is approx. 34 km away.

This small holiday complex, very popular with German guests, is a schauinsland-reisen original and consists of 18 residential units spread over 3 floors.
There is no reception. Key handover and assistance are provided by the property manager (with an access code depending on arrival time) and the local tour guide.
In the garden area, planted with flowers and palm trees, there is a swimming pool that can be heated in winter, with a sun terrace and loungers with mattresses (free of charge).
It has a direct exit to the beach promenade.

1 Bedroom Apartment

Spacious overall with one separate bedroom, living room with sleeping facility for the 3rd person, fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine, bathroom with shower/WC, air conditioning, safe included, free Sat-TV, Wi-Fi included, and furnished balcony or terrace (AB2).
(Preferred furnishing regarding balcony or terrace only possible as a non-binding customer request).
Also bookable for single use (AB1).
Can also be booked as a combined apartment on request (two apartments with connecting door, at the price of two apartments).
