Double Room

The comfortably furnished double rooms have a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, soundproofing, telephone, radio, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee) and safe (free) and Wi-Fi (free). Some with balcony or terrace. Also bookable as a double room for single occupancy.

Junior Suite (LISA08)

The cozy and spacious junior suites are similarly equipped as the double rooms and offer more space with approx. 39-47 m². They also have seating areas, a Nespresso coffee machine, and city views (JS2). These do NOT have a balcony.

Double Room Superior (LISA08)

Similar to the double rooms, these are located on the 5th-9th floors with city views and do NOT have a balcony (DSU/DAS/ESU).

Double Room Deluxe (LISA08)

Similar to the double rooms, these are located on the 5th-9th floors and offer a wonderful view of the city from the balcony (DD2).

Season Note

Renovation of the hotel in 3 phases:
Phase 1 has already been completed and concerned the ground floor, including the lobby and Maximinus Bar.
In Phase 2, from September 2025 – May 2026, the restaurant, terrace, and fitness center will be renovated, and from February 2026 – May 2026, the meeting rooms will also be renovated.

Phase 3 involves the guest rooms, which will be renovated thereafter until approximately the end of 2027.
All facilities will remain available to guests; they will temporarily be located in different rooms. Thus, there are no service limitations.
There may be visual and acoustic disturbances in the areas affected by the renovations. However, the hotel strives to minimize these disturbances.
Renovation work takes place Monday – Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
According to the current status, there will be no disturbances in the rooms (renovations are done floor by floor).
