Junior Suite (LISA08)

The cozy and spacious junior suites are similarly equipped to the double rooms and offer more space at approx. 39-47 m². They also feature seating areas, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a view of the city (JS2). These do NOT have a balcony.

Double Room Superior (LISA08)

Similar to the double rooms, these are located on the 5th-9th floors with a view of the city and do NOT have a balcony (DSU/DAS/ESU).

Double Room Deluxe (LISA08)

Similar to the double rooms, but these are located on the 5th-9th floors and offer a wonderful view of the city from the balcony (DD2).

Seasonal information

Renovation of the hotel in 3 stages:
Stage 1 has already been completed and covered the ground floor, including the lobby and Maximinus Bar.
In Stage 2, the fitness center will be renovated from September 2025 – July 2026, and the "28 Restaurant" including the terrace and meeting rooms are expected to be renovated by September 2026.

Stage 3 consists of the guest rooms, which will be renovated subsequently until expectedly the end of 2028.
All facilities remain available to guests, they will only be temporarily located in other rooms. Therefore, there is no limitation of services.
Visual and acoustic disturbances may occur in the areas affected by the renovations. The hotel tries to keep disturbances to a minimum.
Renovation work takes place Monday – Saturday from 10 AM – 6 PM.
As it stands, there will be no disturbance in the rooms (renovation is carried out floor by floor). Changes to the schedule are possible at any time.
