Double room

The comfortably furnished double rooms feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, soundproofing, telephone, radio, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), safe (free of charge), and Wi-Fi (free of charge). Some rooms have a balcony or terrace. Also bookable as a double room for single use.

Junior suite (LISA08)

The cozy and spacious junior suites are similarly equipped to the double rooms and offer more space at approx. 39-47 m². They also feature seating areas, a Nespresso coffee machine, and views of the city (JS2). These do NOT have a balcony.

Double room Superior (LISA08)

Similar to the double rooms, these are located on floors 5-9 with a view of the city and do NOT have a balcony (DSU/DAS/ESU).

Double room Deluxe (LISA08)

Similar to the double rooms, but these are located on floors 5-9 and offer a magnificent view of the city from the balcony (DD2).

Seasonal information

Renovation of the hotel in 3 stages:
Stage 1 has already been completed and affected the ground floor, including the lobby and Maximinus Bar.
In stage 2, the fitness center will be renovated from September 2025 – July 2026, and additionally, the "28 Restaurant" including the terrace and the meeting rooms are expected to be renovated by September 2026.

Stage 3 consists of the guest rooms, which will be renovated subsequently until presumably the end of 2028.
All facilities remain available to guests; these will temporarily be located in other rooms. There is therefore no restriction on services.
There may be visual and acoustic disturbances in the areas affected by the renovations. However, the hotel will attempt to keep the disturbances to a minimum.
The renovation work takes place Monday – Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
As it stands, there will be no disturbance in the rooms (renovations are carried out floor by floor). Changes to the schedule are possible at any time.
