The comfortably furnished double rooms have a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, soundproofing, telephone, radio, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee) and safe (free of charge) and Wi-Fi (free of charge). Some with a balcony or terrace. Also bookable as a double room for single occupancy.

Junior Suite (LISA08)

The cozy and spacious junior suites are equipped similarly to the double rooms and offer more space with approx. 39-47 sqm. They also have seating areas, a Nespresso coffee machine, and city views (JS2). These do NOT have a balcony.

Superior Double Room (LISA08)

Similar to the double rooms, these are located on the 5th-9th floors with city views and do NOT have a balcony (DSU/DAS/ESU).

Deluxe Double Room (LISA08)

Similar to the double rooms, these are located on the 5th-9th floors and offer a wonderful view of the city from the balcony (DD2).

Seasonal information

Hotel renovation in 3 phases:
Phase 1 has already been completed and concerned the ground floor, including the lobby and Maximinus Bar.
In phase 2, the restaurant, terrace, and fitness center will be renovated from September 2025 to May 2026, and additionally the meeting rooms from February 2026 to May 2026.

Phase 3 involves the guest rooms, which will be renovated thereafter until approximately the end of 2027.
All facilities will remain available to guests; they will temporarily be located in different rooms. Therefore, there will be no service limitations.
There may be visual and acoustic impairments in the areas affected by the renovations. However, the hotel will try to minimize these impairments.
Renovation work takes place Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
According to the current plan, there will be no disruption in the rooms (renovations are carried out floor by floor).
