The Hotel Mundial features 320 rooms and is located in the center of Lisbon in the Baixa Pombalina district. It is near the Rossio square and not far from theaters and cinemas. The distance to the airport is approx. 8 km.

Junior suite (LISA08)

The cozy and spacious junior suites are similarly equipped to the double rooms and offer more space with approx. 39-47 m². They also feature a seating area, Nespresso coffee machine, and views of the city (JS2). These do NOT have a balcony.

Double room Superior (LISA08)

Similar to the double rooms, these are located on floors 5-9 with city views and do NOT have a balcony (DSU/DAS/ESU).

Double room Deluxe (LISA08)

Similar to the double rooms, these are located on floors 5-9 and offer a wonderful view of the city from the balcony (DD2).

Seasonal information

Renovation of the hotel in 3 stages:
Stage 1 has already been completed and involved the ground floor, including the lobby and Maximinus Bar.
In stage 2, the fitness center will be renovated from September 2025 – July 2026, and the "28 Restaurant" including the terrace and meeting rooms will be renovated by approximately September 2026.

Stage 3 concerns the guest rooms, which will be renovated afterwards until approximately the end of 2028.
All facilities remain available to guests, but will temporarily be located in other rooms. Therefore, there is no restriction of services.
There may be visual and acoustic disturbances in the areas affected by the renovations. The hotel will, however, try to keep disturbances to a minimum.
Renovation work takes place Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
As things stand, there will be no disturbances in the rooms (renovation is floor-by-floor). Changes to the schedule are possible at any time.
