The Oceanis Park is located in Ixia, approx. 250 m from the pebble beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity. The airport is approx. 15 km away.

The family-friendly complex has 260 rooms and offers a 24-h reception, lobby, lifts, two TV rooms, Wi-Fi (included), 2 bars, restaurant with outdoor terrace, and a mini-market. The well-kept outdoor area features 3 swimming pools with integrated children's pool and sun terrace, Greek grill "Greek Grill Corner" and a pizza corner. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool. Bath towels are available for a deposit.

The modernly furnished double rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, double bed or 2 single beds, telephone, satellite TV, safe, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, air conditioning and a balcony (D).

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
