The Oceanis Park is located in Ixia, approximately 250 m from the pebble beach. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity. The airport is approximately 15 km away.

The family-friendly complex has 260 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, lifts, two TV rooms, Wi-Fi (included), two bars, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a mini-market. The well-kept outdoor area features three swimming pools with an integrated children's pool and sun terrace, a Greek grill "Greek Grill Corner", and a pizza corner. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool. Pool towels are available for a deposit.
