The Oceanis Park is located in Ixia, approx. 250 m from the pebble beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity. The airport is approx. 15 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly complex has 260 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, lifts, two TV rooms, Wi-Fi (included), two bars, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a mini-market. The well-kept outdoor area features three swimming pools with an integrated children's pool and sun terrace, a Greek grill "Greek Grill Corner," and a pizza corner. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool. Beach towels are available for a deposit.

The modernly furnished double rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, double bed or 2 single beds, telephone, satellite TV, safe, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, and a balcony (D).
Available as single use (DE/DEA), with side sea view (DMS/DES) or direct sea view (DM/DMI/DEM).

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
