The Oceanis Park is located in Ixia, approximately 250 m from the pebble beach. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity. The airport is approximately 15 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly complex has 260 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, lifts, two TV rooms, Wi-Fi (included), two bars, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a mini-market. The well-maintained grounds feature three swimming pools with an integrated children's pool and sun terrace, a Greek grill "Greek Grill Corner", and a pizza corner. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool. Pool towels are available for a deposit.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
