The luxurious resort is located directly on the long sandy and pebble beach. Platanias is about 900 m away, and the center of Chania with numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities is around 12 km away. Chania Airport is approx. 24 km away, Heraklion Airport approx. 150 km. A bus stop is within walking distance.

The hotel and bungalow complex has a total of 266 rooms, spread across 2 buildings connected by a bridge. Facilities include a reception area with seating, internet corner, 4 restaurants, 4 bars, a wine cellar with a large selection, TV/video room, mini-market and jeweler, as well as a spa center. The garden area features 4 freshwater swimming pools with 2 whirlpools and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex.

Double Room

The double rooms are located in the main building, are tastefully furnished and feature a bathroom/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, safe, Smart TV, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, slippers, welcome package on arrival, coffee/tea making facilities, turn-down service, and a balcony facing the land side (D). Optionally available for single occupancy (DE) or with a pool view (PD).

Double Room Imperial

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms but are located in the Imperial Building (DA). Optionally available with a side sea view (AMS).

Double Room Imperial Private Pool

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Imperial and offer access to a private pool (PPZ).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please behave responsibly and pay special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Bungalow Type A

These bungalows have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, with 2 single beds or one double bed with an additional sofa bed, are slightly more spacious, and are located in the bungalow buildings (B2A).

Bungalow Private Pool

These bungalows have the same amenities as the standard bungalows and additionally offer access to a private pool (2PX).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please behave responsibly and pay special attention when using this area.

Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM as a buffet in the "Elia" restaurant.
Half board includes an additional dinner buffet from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Information on climate resilience levy
