Location

The luxurious resort is located directly on the long sandy and pebble beach. Platanias is about 900 m away, and the center of Chania with numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities is about 12 km away. Chania Airport is approx. 24 km away, and Heraklion Airport is approx. 150 km away. A bus stop is within walking distance.

The hotel and bungalow complex has a total of 266 rooms, spread across 2 buildings connected by a bridge. Facilities include a reception area with seating, internet corner, 4 restaurants, 4 bars, a wine cellar with a large selection, TV/video room, mini-market and jeweler, as well as a spa center. The garden area features 4 freshwater swimming pools with 2 whirlpools and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex.

Double room

The double rooms are located in the main building, are tastefully furnished, and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe, smart TV, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, slippers, a welcome package upon arrival, tea/coffee making facilities, turn-down service, and a balcony facing the land side (D). Available as single occupancy (DE) or with pool view (PD).

Double room Imperial

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are located in the Imperial building (DA). They are also available with a side sea view (AMS).

Double room Imperial with private pool

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double rooms Imperial and also offer access to a private pool (PPZ).

Bungalow Type A

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, with 2 single beds or a double bed with an additional sofa bed, but are slightly more spacious and located in the bungalow buildings (B2A).

Bungalow Private Pool

With the same amenities as the bungalows, these rooms additionally offer access to a private pool (2PX).
The private pool is not supervised. Please exercise caution.

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board/Full Board

Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM in buffet style at the "Elia" restaurant.
Half board includes dinner in buffet style from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
Full board includes an additional à la carte or buffet lunch.
Drinks are extra during lunch/dinner.
Smart casual attire is requested for dinner.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, will range from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays in high season, April 1 - October 31:
