This family-run hotel, which welcomes guests from the age of 12, is located amidst an authentic Cretan setting in Malia. Surrounded by lush gardens and just a few steps from local shopping options, it offers a central location. The town centre of Malia can be reached in approximately 1.5 km, while the beautiful sandy beach is about 150 m away. Heraklion Airport is approximately 32 km from the hotel. A bus stop is within walking distance.

The comfortable hotel complex is bookable as a Schauinsland-Reisen Original for guests aged 12 and over and comprises a total of 48 rooms. Amenities include a 24-hour reception with lobby, a lounge area with a fireplace, and a mini-library. The restaurant features an outdoor area and an open-concept kitchen with show cooking. The offer is complemented by a bar (11:00 am – 11:00 pm). In addition to the drinks at the bar, a water dispenser with fresh spring water is available.
The newly designed outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool and a sun terrace with comfortable lounges and sun loungers that invite you to relax. A small orchard with fig and pomegranate trees rounds off the ambiance. Bath towels can be borrowed free of charge. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool; these are available for a fee at the sandy beaches of Malia. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.

The friendly and modern rooms are equipped with shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, and a king-size bed or two single beds. Further amenities include individually adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fan, telephone, 32" flat-screen TV, safe, coffee/tea station (daily replenishment), Nespresso machine (two capsules per day included), mini-fridge, and a balcony or terrace (DSU).

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of Jan 1, 2025.
