The 5-star resort features 359 rooms across a main building and several annexes, offering a 24-hour reception, high-speed Wi-Fi (included), a mini-market, a jeweler, a main restaurant, a main bar, a tavern, a lounge bar, and the "Beach Club & Restaurant". Additionally, an Italian restaurant (dinner) and the Asian restaurant "Lemon Grass" are available. In summer 2026, the "Alexander Plaza" dining and wine area will open, featuring a renovated bar, a family restaurant, and the "Oliva" trattoria. The outdoor area also includes 4 freshwater pools, large sun terraces, a children's pool, a pool bar with sushi, and the Apollo Cocktail Bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach. Pool towels are available to guests free of charge.

Comfort Room with Garden View

The rooms are stylishly and comfortably furnished with a marble bathroom including a bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), refrigerator, kettle for coffee and tea, and a balcony or terrace with seating (D/DA). Upon arrival, a bottle of water, wine, Cretan pastries, slippers, and a bathroom set are provided for you. A bottle of water is included daily, and coffee/tea is also replenished daily.
Optionally bookable with sea view (DM/DMI) or as a Comfort Room Beachfront (D2W) for an extra charge.

Luxury Superior Double Room

These beautiful, spacious rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms, plus an additional seating area, extra-wide sliding glass doors with insect screens, and a garden view (DSU).
Optionally bookable as a Luxury Superior Double Room Beachfront (RF2) located directly on the sea for an extra charge.

Junior Suite Beachfront

These particularly comfortable accommodations feature the same amenities as the Comfort rooms, with the addition of a coffee/tea station, Nespresso machine, mineral water (replenished daily and included), and a separate WC. They consist of a combined living/sleeping area and are located in a preferred position in the Village area, directly on the beach, with a private garden, sun loungers, and a direct sea view (JB2).
A selection of fruit is included upon arrival, and pool towels are provided in the room.

The family rooms consist of a combined living/sleeping area and are located on the garden side, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms (DF2). The family rooms can be located in either the main building or the Village area.

Premium Family Room

The premium family rooms consist of a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom with a garden view, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms (2FZ). Optionally bookable with a sea view (2ZF) for an extra charge.

In addition to the amenities of the Superior double rooms, these suites feature more elegant furnishings and a separate living/sleeping area, as well as a coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine, and mineral water (replenished daily, included, S2).

Dream Villa Athene 2 Bedrooms Beachfront Private Pool

The villas are located directly on the sea (Seafront) and have the same amenities as the suites, plus 2 separate bedrooms and a private pool (only bookable on request, 2V2). A selection of fruit is included upon arrival, and pool towels are provided in the room.
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please exercise caution and pay special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased risk for children.

Dream Villa Aphrodite 2 Bedrooms Beachfront Private Pool

The presidential villas are replicas of typical Cretan stone houses. They feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living area, with the same basic amenities as the suites. In addition to the spacious layout, the large private infinity pool, direct beach access, and magnificent view will exceed your expectations (only bookable on request, V2P).
The infinity pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please exercise caution and pay special attention when using this area.

Deluxe Bungalow Suite Artemis Private Pool

These elegant rooms feature the same amenities as the Junior Suites Beachfront, with a visual partition and a furnished terrace with a private pool and direct beach access instead of a private garden (2WW).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please exercise caution and pay special attention when using this area.

Breakfast/Half board/Full board

Breakfast (7:15 AM - 11 AM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) in buffet style with show cooking.
Theme buffets 6 times per week in the evening.
Guests with half board can choose whether to have lunch or dinner. Full board includes additional lunch with a menu choice. Dinner can be taken à la carte at the Italian trattoria "Oliva" once per stay.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Destination information (Climate Resilience Tax)

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a visitor's tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of Jan 1, 2025, ranges from €0.50 to €15 per day and room.
