The 5-star resort has 359 rooms in a main building and several annexes, offering a 24-hour reception, high-speed Wi-Fi (included), mini-market, jeweler, a main restaurant, main bar, tavern, lounge bar, and the "Beach Club & Restaurant". Additionally, an Italian restaurant (dinner) and the Asian restaurant "Lemon Grass" are available. For Summer 2026, the "Alexander Plaza" dining and wine area, with a renovated bar, a family restaurant, and the trattoria "Oliva", will open. In the outdoor area, there are also 4 freshwater pools, large sun terraces, and a children's pool, as well as a pool bar with sushi and the Apollo Cocktail Bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available to guests free of charge.

Accommodation

Comfort Room with Garden View

The rooms are stylishly and comfortably furnished with a marble bathroom with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), refrigerator, kettle with coffee and tea, and a balcony or terrace with seating (D/DA). Upon arrival, a bottle of water, wine, Cretan pastries, slippers, and a bathroom set will be provided. A bottle of water is included daily, and coffee/tea is also refilled daily.
Available at an additional charge with sea view (DM/DMI) or as a Comfort Room Beachfront (D2W).

Double Room Luxury Superior

These beautiful, spacious rooms, with the same amenities as the double rooms, feature an additional seating area, extra-wide sliding glass door with mosquito protection, and garden view (DSU).
Available at an additional charge as a Double Room Luxury Superior Beachfront (RF2) located directly on the sea.

Junior Suite Beachfront

These particularly comfortable accommodations, with the same amenities as the Comfort Rooms, additionally feature a coffee/tea station, Nespresso machine, mineral water (daily and included), separate WC, consist of a combined living/sleeping area, and are located in a prime spot in the Village area, directly on the beach, with a private garden, sun loungers, and direct sea view (JB2).
A selection of fruit is included upon arrival, and bath towels for the pool are provided in the room.

Family Room Garden View

The family rooms, otherwise identically equipped to the double rooms, consist of a combined living/sleeping area and are located on the garden side (DF2). The family rooms can be located in the main building as well as in the village area.

Premium Family Room

The premium family rooms, otherwise identically equipped to the double rooms, consist of a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom with garden view (2FZ). Available at an additional charge with sea view (2ZF).

In addition to the amenities of the Superior Double Rooms, the suites feature more elegant furnishings and a separate living/sleeping area, plus a coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine, and mineral water (refilled daily, included, S2).
Available at an additional charge with direct sea view in a prime location (S2M).
A selection of fruit is included upon arrival, and bath towels for the pool are provided in the room.

Dream Villa Athena 2 Bedrooms Beachfront private pool

The villas, with the same amenities as the suites, are located directly on the sea (Seafront) and feature 2 separate bedrooms and a private pool (bookable on request only, 2V2). A selection of fruit is included upon arrival, and bath towels for the pool are provided in the room.
The private pool is not supervised. Please pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave cautiously.

Dream Villa Aphrodite 2 Bedrooms Beachfront private pool

The Presidential Villas are a replica of typical Cretan stone houses. They feature the same basic amenities as the suites, plus 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living area. In addition to the spacious design, the large, private infinity pool, direct beach access, and the magnificent view will exceed your expectations (bookable on request only, V2P).

Deluxe Bungalow Suite Artemis private pool

The elegant rooms, with the same amenities as the Junior Suites Beachfront, feature a visual separation and, instead of a private garden, a furnished terrace with a private pool and direct beach access (2WW).
The private pool is not supervised. Please pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave cautiously.

Board

Breakfast/Half Board/Full Board

Breakfast (7:15 AM - 11 AM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) are served buffet style with show cooking.
Themed buffets are offered 6 times a week in the evening.
Guests on half board can choose to have either lunch or dinner. Full board includes lunch with menu selection. Once per stay, dinner can be enjoyed à la carte at the Italian trattoria "Oliva".
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room as of 01.01.2025.
