Location

The popular hotel Knossos Beach Bungalow and Suites is located directly on a fine sandy beach. The town of Kokkini Hani, with its shopping and entertainment options, can be reached after approx. 400m. A local bus connection is in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

The hotel complex, built in the Cretan style, features a total of 162 rooms spread across a main building, several bungalow buildings, and an annex building located on the opposite side of the street. The hotel offers a lobby with reception and seating areas, an internet corner (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), a main restaurant, 2 à-la-carte restaurants, and a lobby bar. The new spa area is available to guests with a large selection of massages and treatments (for a fee). The outdoor area includes three swimming pools and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and beach. A beach bar is also available.

Double Room

Equipped with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating (included), Wi-Fi (included), telephone, safe, satellite TV, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine (daily replenishment included), and a balcony or terrace; these are located in the main building (D). Optionally available as type A in the "Knossos Boutique" annex building across from the main building (approx. 50 m away) (DA).

Bungalow Waterfront

Equipped with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating (included), Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, satellite TV, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine (daily replenishment included), and a terrace; these are situated directly by the sea (BW2).

Comfort Double Room

The Comfort Double Rooms feature the same amenities as the standard double rooms, are located in the annex building across the street, and consist of a living/bedroom with one single bed and one sofa bed, and a separate bedroom with one double bed (2CD).

Suite

Spacious suites with the same amenities as the bungalows, but with higher-quality furnishings including large wardrobes, full-length mirror, electronic safe, balcony doors with double security glazing with "Beach-Cabana," and consisting of a spacious, combined living/bedroom (S2). Also available with side (2SS) or direct sea view (S2M).

Destination information: Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day per room.
