Location

The popular hotel Knossos Beach Bungalow and Suites is located directly on a fine sandy beach. The town of Kokkini Hani with its shopping and entertainment options can be reached after approx. 400m. A public bus connection is in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

Built in the Cretan style, the hotel complex has a total of 162 rooms, distributed across a main building and several bungalow buildings, as well as an annex building on the opposite side of the street. The hotel offers a lobby with reception and seating area, internet corner (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), main restaurant, 2 à-la-carte restaurants, and a lobby bar. The new spa area is available to guests with a large selection of massages and treatments (for a fee). In the outdoor area, there are three swimming pools and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and beach. A beach bar is also available.

Comfort Double Room

The Comfort Double Rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms, are located in the annex building on the other side of the street, and consist of a living/bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed, and a separate bedroom with a double bed (2CD).

Suite

The spacious suites feature the same amenities as the bungalows but with higher-quality furnishings including large closets, a full-length mirror, electronic safe, balcony doors with double-glazed safety glass, and a "Beach-Cabana"; they consist of a spacious, combined living/bedroom (S2). Optionally also bookable with side (2SS) or direct sea view (S2M).

Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season (April 1 to October 31):
