This small bungalow complex is located directly on the long sandy/pebble beach of Kavros and about 4 km from Georgioupolis. Shopping and entertainment facilities are nearby. Rethymnon with its beautiful old town is about 20 km away. Chania Airport is approx. 50 km and Heraklion Airport approx. 100 km away.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel consists of a main building and several annexes, offering 125 rooms, a 24-hour reception, a lounge with TV corner, and a main restaurant. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.
The garden area features a pool/snack bar and 2 pools, one of which has an integrated children's pool. Sun loungers and parasols are included on the sun terrace and available on the beach for a fee (included for all-inclusive guests, towels available against deposit).

Double Room Superior

The modern furnished rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, telephone, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, fridge, and balcony or terrace. Rooms are located both in the main building and the annexes (DSU, bookable for 2 people).
Optionally bookable with half board as type C (DC), as super saver rooms located in the main building (land side view, 2US, bookable for 2 people) or for an extra charge as an additional contingent type B (DSB/DAS, located in the annex or main building, bookable for 2 people).
Available for an extra charge with side sea view (D2S, bookable for 2 people) or direct sea view (DMU, bookable for 2 people). Alternatively, the Double Room Superior is also bookable as a triple occupancy as Double Room Superior type O (DOZ).

Double Room Deluxe

Like Double Room Superior, but newly furnished, of higher quality, and located on the ground floor. Additionally, they offer tiled and marble floors, flat-screen TV (incl. German channels), safe, coffee/tea station (daily refilling), kettle, one bottle of water and wine upon arrival, as well as a terrace furnished with parasol and 2 sun loungers (DD2, bookable for 2 people).
Reserved Bali beds on the beach exclusively for guests of these rooms, subject to availability.
Optionally bookable for single use (DD1).

Family Room Superior

Have the same equipment as the Double Rooms Superior, but with a separate bedroom and located in the main building or annexes (F2U).

Maisonette

Located in the main building with views towards the land side to the Lefka Ori mountains, these rooms feature a double bed in the lower area and 2 additional single beds in the upper area accessible via a wooden staircase. The large bathroom with hydromassage shower includes a hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and toiletries. Rooms are also equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV with music channel, telephone, safe, and balcony (M2).

Breakfast and dinner in buffet style. Drinks are available for a fee.
