Location

This small bungalow complex is located directly on the long sand/pebble beach of Kavros and approximately 4 km from Georgioupolis. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity. It is approx. 20 km to Rethymnon with its beautiful old town. Chania Airport is approx. 50 km away, and Heraklion Airport is approx. 100 km away.

The hotel consists of a main building and several annexes, featuring 125 rooms, a 24-hour reception, a lounge with a TV corner, and a main restaurant. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.
The garden area features a pool/snackbar and 2 pools, one of which has an integrated children's pool. Sun loungers and parasols are included on the sun terrace and are available for a fee at the beach (included for AI guests, pool towels available for a deposit).

Superior Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, telephone, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms are located in both the main building and the annexes (DSU, bookable for 2 persons).
Optionally bookable with half-board as Type C (DC), as a super economy room located in the main building (land-facing view, 2US, bookable for 2 persons), or for an extra charge as additional allotment Type B (DSB/DAS, located in the annex or main building, bookable for 2 persons).
For an extra charge, also bookable with partial sea view (D2S, bookable for 2 persons) or direct sea view (DMU, bookable for 2 persons). Optionally, the Superior Double Room can also be booked for triple occupancy as Superior Double Room Type O (DOZ).

Single Room

These are Superior Double Rooms for single occupancy (DSE/UB1/DAE/1GS).

Deluxe Double Room

Same as Superior Double Room, but newly furnished, with higher-quality equipment, and located on the ground floor. In addition, they offer tile and marble floors, flat-screen TV (incl. German channels), safe, coffee/tea station (daily refill), electric kettle, one bottle of water and wine upon arrival, as well as a terrace furnished with two sun loungers (DD2, bookable for 2 persons).
Reserved Bali beds on the beach only for guests of these rooms, subject to availability.
Optionally also bookable for single occupancy (DD1).

Superior Family Room

Have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but with a separate bedroom and located in the main building or in the annexes (F2U).

Maisonette

Located in the main building with a landward view towards the Lefka Ori mountains, these rooms feature a double bed in the lower area; the upper area with 2 additional single beds is accessible via a wooden staircase. The large bathroom with hydromassage shower is equipped with a hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and toiletries. Furthermore, the rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV with a music channel, telephone, safe, and balcony (M2).

Half Board/All Inclusive

Breakfast and dinner in buffet form. Drinks are available for a fee.
Gluten-free and lactose-free meals are available upon request. Please contact the reception on site for this.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, from 1.1.2025, is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
