This modern and luxurious hotel is separated from the beach only by a narrow coastal road. The vibrant center of Kos Town is approximately 4 km away. The airport is about 24 km away, and the famous thermal hot springs are reachable in about 15 km. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

The luxurious adults-only resort is bookable for guests aged 16 and over and features a total of 110 rooms. The hotel welcomes guests in a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, lobby bar, and lounge. Facilities also include an elevator, a main restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant, a mini-market, a souvenir shop, and a boutique.
In the lovingly landscaped garden, a swimming pool of approximately 2,000 m² invites you to relax. The outdoor area is complemented by a pool bar and a spacious sun terrace with loungers and parasols. Loungers and parasols are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach; pool towels are available against a deposit.

Maisonette

Featuring the same facilities as the Superior double rooms, these are designed in a maisonette style with a second bathroom, with the living/sleeping area on the lower level and the bedroom on the upper level (M2).

Suite with private pool

Featuring the same equipment as the Superior double rooms, these also include a separate bedroom and a private pool with terrace (SP2).

The double rooms are optionally bookable as Swim Up rooms with direct pool access (SWD). Also available for single occupancy (SWE).

Half board

Breakfast (7:30 am - 10:30 am) in buffet form. Dinner (7:00 pm - 9:20 pm) is served as a 5-course menu in the à-la-carte restaurant.
Vegetarian and special diet meals are available upon request. Please contact the reception for this.

Destination information: Climate Resilience Tax

For stays from January 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1st, 2025, is staggered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
For stays in high season (April 1st - October 31st):
