The modern and luxurious hotel is separated from the beach by only a narrow coastal road. The vibrant center of Kos town is about 4 km away. The airport is approximately 24 km away, and the well-known thermal springs are about 15 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

The luxurious adults-only resort is available for guests aged 16 and over and has a total of 110 rooms. It welcomes guests in a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, lobby bar, and lounge. The facilities also include an elevator, a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, a mini-market, a souvenir shop, and a boutique.
In the lovingly designed garden area, a swimming pool of approximately 2,000 m² invites you to relax. The outdoor area is complemented by a pool bar and a spacious sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas. Loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge both by the pool and on the beach; bath towels are available for a deposit.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the resort.

Double Room

The comfortably and modernly furnished rooms have a bathroom with a rain shower/toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (on request and for a fee), and a balcony or terrace (D). Some rooms have a pool or garden view. Can also be booked for single occupancy (DE).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms also feature an elegant seating area and are more spacious (DSU). Can also be booked for single occupancy (DSE).

Deluxe Double Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are more spacious (DD2).
Can also be booked for single occupancy (DD1).

Maisonette

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms have a second bathroom and are designed in a maisonette style, with the living/sleeping area on the lower level and the bedroom on the upper level (M2).

Suite Private Pool

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these suites feature a separate bedroom and a private pool with a terrace (SP2).

Double rooms are also available as Swim Up rooms with direct pool access (SWD). Can also be booked for single occupancy (SWE).

Breakfast (7:30-10:30 AM) served buffet style. Dinner (7:00 PM - 9:20 PM) is a 5-course menu served at the à la carte restaurant.

Information on climate resilience fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01.01.2025.
