Location

The modern and luxurious hotel is separated from the beach only by a narrow coastal road. The lively center of Kos Town is about 4 km away. The airport is approximately 24 km away, and the famous thermal springs can be reached in about 15 km. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

The luxurious adults-only complex is bookable for guests aged 16 and over and has a total of 110 rooms. The hotel welcomes guests in a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, lobby bar, and lounge. Amenities also include an elevator, a main restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant, a mini-market, a souvenir shop, and a boutique.
In the beautifully landscaped gardens, a swimming pool of approximately 2,000 m² invites you to relax. The outdoor area is complemented by a pool bar and a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge both at the pool and on the beach; beach towels are available for a deposit.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.

The comfortably and modernly furnished rooms feature a bathroom with a rainfall shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (on request and for a fee), and a balcony or terrace (D). Some rooms have pool and/or garden views. Also available for single occupancy (DE).

Equipped with the same amenities as the double rooms, these additionally feature an elegant seating area and are more spacious (DSU). Also available for single occupancy (DSE).

Maisonette

With the same amenities as the double room Superior, these feature a second bathroom and are designed in a maisonette style, with the living/sleeping area on the lower level and the bedroom on the upper level (M2).

Suite with private pool

With the same amenities as the double room Superior, these feature a separate bedroom and a private pool with terrace (SP2).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

The double rooms are optionally available as swim-up rooms with direct pool access (SWD). Also available for single occupancy (SWE).
The swim-up pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Half board

Breakfast (7:30-10:30 a.m.) in buffet style. Dinner (7:00-9:20 p.m.) is a 5-course menu served in the à-la-carte restaurant.
Vegetarian and special diet meals are available upon request. Please contact the reception for this.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (no shorts or flip-flops).

Information regarding climate resilience tax

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season April 1 - October 31:

Land category 3 stars 5 euros
Land category 4 stars 10 euros
Land category 5 stars 15 euros
For stays in the low season November 1 - March 31:
