Location

The modern and luxurious hotel is separated from the beach only by a narrow coastal road. The lively center of Kos Town is about 4 km away. The airport is about 24 km away, and the well-known hot springs are about 15 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

The luxurious adults-only complex is available for guests aged 16 and over and has a total of 110 rooms. It welcomes guests in a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, lobby bar, and lounge. Facilities also include an elevator, a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, a minimarket, a souvenir shop, and a boutique.
The lovingly designed garden area features a swimming pool of approximately 2,000 m² with an integrated whirlpool, inviting relaxation. The outdoor area is complemented by a pool bar and a spacious sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas. Loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge both by the pool and on the beach; towels are available for a deposit.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

Double room

The comfortably and modernly furnished rooms have a bathroom with a rain shower/toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (on request and for a fee), and a balcony or terrace (D). Some rooms have pool and/or garden views. Double room for single use (DE) also bookable.

These rooms have the same amenities as the Superior Double rooms but are more spacious (DD2).

Maisonette

With the same amenities as the Superior Double rooms, they also feature a second bathroom, are designed in a maisonette style, with the living/sleeping area on the lower level and the bedroom on the upper level (M2).

Suite Private Pool

With the same amenities as the Superior Double rooms, they also feature a separate bedroom and a private pool with a terrace (SP2).

Alternatively, the double rooms can also be booked as swim-up rooms with direct pool access (SWD). Double room for single use (SWE) also bookable.

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) buffet style. Dinner (7:00 PM - 9:20 PM) is a 5-course menu in the à la carte restaurant.
Vegetarian menus are available.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (no shorts or flip flops).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
