The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks served by the three bars on board. There is also a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. As of Winter 2024/25, the ship features a small gym, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on loungers or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

MS Nile Excellence Nile Cruise & Excursion + Albatros Sea World Marsa Alam

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Embarkation is always on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next available embarkation will always be taken.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 a.m. (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
Early in the morning at 3:30 a.m., opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.
Then it's back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight stay and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. Afterwards, the ship sails to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Then the ship sails on to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and the Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

Departure.

Pickalbatros Sea World Resort

The spacious family resort from the renowned Pickalbatros hotel chain will make the hearts of water lovers, young and old, beat faster. In a quiet environment, you will spend a relaxing holiday at Albatros Sea World. A direct access leads to the hotel's own 500 m long sandy beach. The beautiful house reef offers the best conditions for exploring the fascinating underwater world. Marsa Alam Airport is about 60 km away.

Facilities

The extensive hotel has a total of 950 rooms spread across many small buildings. The spacious garden area features a total of 25 pools (two of which are heated in winter), a heated children's pool, and its own aqua park for all ages. Facilities include a welcoming lobby with a reception and comfortable seating areas, as well as a shopping arcade with numerous shops inviting guests to browse. The hotel's six restaurants offer a variety of culinary specialties. These include the oriental main restaurant "Saffron" and four specialty restaurants that can be used without reservation ("Soprano" - Italian, "Zum Kaiser" - German, and "L’Asiatique" - Asian, "Culina" - Mediterranean restaurant). There is also an international à la carte restaurant in the food court (included once per stay, reservation required). Various cafes and bars complete the offering. Two snack bars on the beach invite you for a quick bite. The aqua park features 12 slides for adults, two pools with 12 slides and water games for children, as well as various pools and diverse sports and animation programs. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

The Junior Suites (J2P) are approx. 60 sqm and have the same amenities as the double rooms, but with an additional open living area and pool view.

The spacious Deluxe Suites are newly built and modern. With the same amenities as the double rooms, the rooms are larger (approx. 65 sqm) and additionally have a separate area for parents and one for children. The suites have a balcony or terrace with pool view.

Double Room Superior (RMFA30)

The Double Room Superior has a bath or shower/WC, air conditioning, TV, safe, hairdryer, telephone, and garden view (DSU).
