Location

The family-friendly hotel complex is located in an unspoiled bay directly on the fine sandy Tulum beach. From here you can reach numerous sights such as Sian Ka'an National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, as well as other cities and temple complexes. The center of Tulum is approx. 15 minutes away by car. The transfer time is approx. 2 hours.

The stylish resort has 735 rooms spread across 5 buildings and features a 24-hour reception, an elevator, five different restaurants with a wide selection of Mexican, vegetarian, and Italian dishes, as well as Oriental and Asian cuisines offering a variety of choices. Other facilities include a cafe, two bars, a business center, a boutique, and a souvenir shop. The outdoor area features several pools and a children's splash pool. Sunbeds and sunshades are free by the pool, and at the beach for a fee.

Nature View King Bed

The rooms are approximately 42m² in size and feature air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, TV, safe, desk, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, a minibar that is refilled daily, and a furnished balcony overlooking the garden/park (NR). Available at an additional charge also with partial sea view (PPV) or direct sea view (VCQ).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

From now on, hotels in Mexico will gradually introduce an "Eco-Tax".
As a result, every user of a hotel room in Mexico is obliged to pay a tax to the state locally at the hotel in cash, similar to a tourist tax.

A tourism tax came into effect on April 1, 2021, and currently amounts to a one-time payment of 224 Mexican Pesos or approximately 11 US Dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Season Note

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, increased brown algae are often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
