Location

The family-friendly hotel complex is located in an unspoiled bay directly on the fine sandy beach of Tulum. From here, you can reach numerous sights such as the Sian Ka'an National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, as well as other cities and temple complexes. The city center of Tulum is approximately a 15-minute drive away. The transfer time is approximately 2 hours.

The stylish resort has 735 rooms spread across 5 buildings and features a 24-hour reception, a lift, and five different restaurants offering a large selection of Mexican, vegetarian, and Italian dishes, as well as oriental and Asian cuisines for variety. Other facilities include a café, two bars, a business center, a boutique, and a souvenir shop. The outdoor area features several pools and a children's splash pool. Sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge at the pool, and for a fee at the beach.

Nature View King Bed

The rooms are approximately 42m² in size and feature air conditioning, bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, TV, safe, desk, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, minibar with daily refills, and a furnished balcony facing the garden/park side (NR). Available for an additional charge with side sea view (PPV) or direct sea view (VCQ).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room; this means occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations may be punishable by fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

Between April and December, increased occurrences of seagrass and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased accumulation of brown algae is frequently recorded in the Caribbean during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate machinery is required for this, which may cause a slight background noise.
