The Deluxe Double Room is designed for a maximum of 2 people and features the same amenities, including a king-size bed and panoramic windows with a view of the vertical garden/courtyard (DD2).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suite offers more comfort and space for a maximum of 4 people. It features a king-size bed, a sofa bed, and the same amenities as the Superior Double Room (JS2).

One Bedroom Resort Residence

The One Bedroom Resort Residence adopts the brand's Residence-Style Suites concept, accommodates up to 4 people, and features a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the separate living area. Otherwise identical in amenities, this room includes a furnished balcony with a city view (OB2).

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae may happen due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased accumulation of brown algae is frequently recorded in the Caribbean during this time. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This, however, requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause a slight noise level.
