Built in winter 18/19, this new hotel is located directly on the beach of Uvero Alto. Punta Cana International Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive away.

Junior Suite

The rooms feature 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, bathroom with shower/WC, flat-screen TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (free of charge), hairdryer, coffee maker, and minibar, and are located on the garden side. Alternatively, bookable with pool view, sea view, or as a swim-up suite (swim-up until 31.10.26).
From 01.11.26, also bookable as Junior Suite Waterpark Side with a view of the water park (2JY).
Rooms with direct pool access pose an increased safety risk for young children. For this reason, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types for safety reasons.

Junior Suite Rooftop with Jacuzzi

Bookable from 01.11.26. These spacious junior suites in colonial style feature a private rooftop terrace with a whirlpool, sunbathing area, and spectacular views. The suites have a king-size bed or two queen-size beds, a sofa bed, and a combined living/bedroom area. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, safe, coffee machine, and a minibar refilled daily. The bathroom offers a rain shower, hydromassage bathtub, double vanity, vanity mirror, hairdryer, and personal scale (RJT).

Privilege Junior Suite

Same facilities as the junior suites, but with Privilege amenities, 24-hour room service, safe, scale, and minibar.
Extra Privilege service: Exclusive evening excursion from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM including food, drinks, and entertainment at another Ocean Hotel. The transfer must be organized by the guest. (The Privilege Concierge must be notified by the customer 24 hours prior to the excursion).
From 01.11.26, also bookable as Privilege JS Swim Up with direct access to the pool (SUJ).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children or 3 adults, no additional beds will be placed in the room. This means the occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities naturally strive to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This, however, requires the use of appropriate machinery, which may result in a slight noise level.
