The hotel, newly built for the 18/19 winter season, is located directly on the beach of Uvero Alto. Punta Cana International Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive away.

The hotel has 910 rooms, a total of 10 restaurants (Steakhouse, Route 66, Blue Moon, Caribbean, Mexican, Asian, Italian, Privilege Lounge), as well as a main and beach restaurant, 5 swimming pools (one Adults-only), 14 bars (Sports bar, 3 snack bars, 5 pool bars, lobby bar, beach bar, piano bar, bowling alley bar, Mike's Coffee). Conference rooms, Spa Center, diving school (scuba dive center), sports and entertainment program. Water playground for children and bowling alley, disco, fitness area.

Junior Suite

The rooms feature 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, a bathroom with shower/WC, flat-screen TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (free of charge), hairdryer, coffee maker, and minibar, and face the garden.

Privilege Junior Suite

Same amenities as the Junior Suites, but with Privilege amenities, 24-hour room service, safe, scale, and minibar.
Extra Privilege Service: Exclusive evening excursion from 6 PM to 1 AM, including food, drinks, and entertainment at another Ocean Hotel. Transfer must be arranged by the guest. (Guests must notify the Privilege Concierge 24 hours in advance of the excursion).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are added to the room. This means occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. Hotel management and local authorities are of course making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate some noise.
