The well-maintained complex features 756 rooms, a lobby with a reception and bar. The hotel offers an air-conditioned main restaurant, a beach and pool restaurant, 2 specialty restaurants (Japanese and Steakhouse), as well as several bars. Furthermore, the complex boasts two large lagoon-style pools with integrated children's pools, a spa area, and a fitness studio. Free towels are available at the pools. Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 persons per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found more frequently in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate some noise.
