The well-maintained complex has 756 rooms, a lobby with reception and bar. The hotel offers an air-conditioned main restaurant, a beach and pool restaurant, 2 specialty restaurants (Japanese and Steakhouse) as well as several bars. Furthermore, the complex offers two large lagoon-style pools with integrated children's pool, a spa area and a fitness studio. Free towels are available at the pools. Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal Note

During stays between April and December, increased amounts of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. This requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
