Directly on Playa Bavaro beach, this completely renovated luxury hotel (November 2018) from the Bahia Principe hotel chain is surrounded by tropical vegetation. It is a 35-minute drive from Punta Cana Airport and a 90-minute drive from La Romana Airport. Ideal for active and discerning guests with a wide range of activities.

Facilities

The beautiful, exclusive adults-only hotel is located within the Bahia Principe Bávaro Resort and features 528 junior suites in 11 two-story villas, a reception area, and a front desk. For culinary delights, the luxury hotel offers modern gastronomy in the main restaurant (air-conditioned) and the 3 à la carte restaurants (Gourmet, Italian, and Steakhouse), a beach restaurant, snack bar, 4 bars, and a coffee shop. In the modern tropical outdoor area, you'll find a large swimming pool complex with a spacious sun terrace, whirlpools, a swim-up bar, sun loungers, and umbrellas. In the "Bahia Principe Village," a discotheque (admission included), snack and karaoke bar, as well as various shops and a casino, provide evening entertainment. The sister hotels of the entire complex can also be used (with the exception of Fantasia Punta Cana and the buffet restaurants). Wi-Fi throughout the property is free.

The tastefully and modernly furnished rooms have 2 full-size or 1 king-size bed, sofa bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, coffee maker, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (incl.), direct dial telephone, bathrobe, safe, minibar, guest service, room service, pillow menu, and balcony or terrace (2JD/2JD). Junior Suite Deluxe Swim Up

Equipped like the Junior Suite Deluxe, but with direct access to the pool. All JS Deluxe Swim UP have a king-size bed (SUJ/SUE).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queensize beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). In the case of occupancy by 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 persons per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

All Inclusive

All meals in buffet form, à la carte (subject to availability and prior reservation), snacks, selection of international and local alcoholic drinks until 11:30 PM at the bars, until 2 AM in the disco, minibar (refilled once daily), free admission and all local drinks in the disco, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks 24 hours, room service (24 hours), towels at the pool and beach. Seasonal Note

For stays between April and December, an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the local authorities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight noise.
