This completely renovated luxury hotel (November 2018) from the Bahia Principe chain is located directly on Playa Bavaro, on a long white sandy beach, and is surrounded by tropical vegetation. It is a 35-minute drive from Punta Cana Airport and 90 minutes from La Romana Airport. Ideal for active guests and connoisseurs alike, offering a wide range of activities.

This beautiful, exclusive adults-only hotel is located within the Bahia Principe Bávaro Resort and features 528 junior suites in 11 two-story villas, a lobby, and a reception. For culinary delights, the luxury hotel offers modern gastronomy in the main restaurant (air-conditioned) and 3 à-la-carte restaurants (gourmet, Italian, and steakhouse), a beach restaurant, snack bar, 4 bars, and a coffee shop. In the modern tropical outdoor area, there is a large swimming pool complex with a spacious sun terrace, whirlpools, a swim-up bar, sun loungers, and umbrellas. At "Bahia Principe Village," a disco (entry included), a snack and karaoke bar, as well as various shops and a casino, provide evening entertainment. Guests may use the facilities of the sister hotels throughout the entire complex (with the exception of Fantasia Punta Cana and the buffet restaurants). Wi-Fi is free throughout the resort.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause a slight background noise.
