The modern and elegantly furnished hotel is located directly on the beautiful sandy beach in Juan Dolio and is approximately 40 minutes from the city of Santo Domingo. "Las Américas" Airport is about 20 minutes away and Punta Cana Airport is about 90 minutes away.

Deluxe Double Room

The modern double rooms are well suited for families and overlook the hotel's tropical garden. They are equipped with 2 queen-size beds, a shower/toilet with 2 sinks, satellite TV, hairdryer, minibar, safe (rental), telephone, air conditioning, and coffee maker (DD2/DD1)

Superior Double Room

Same amenities as the double rooms, with a balcony, but are slightly smaller and have only one sink (DSU/DEU).

Club Essentia Garden

Offers a garden view and a free safe. Also includes towels for the exclusive pool area for Essentia guests.
Also included is a private check-in lounge, room service, premium drinks, and a 30-minute massage, access to the Essentia Lounge, and a Santo Domingo Colonial City Tour (minimum 4 nights stay) (C2E/C1E). Also bookable as Ocean View (COZ).

Adults Only Double Room

These rooms, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, are located in the adults-only area with an exclusive jacuzzi and pool. Additionally, daily minibar replenishment. For stays of 4 days or more, guests receive a 15-minute massage (SAO).

Swim Out

With the same amenities, featuring a private outdoor terrace and direct pool access (2SO).

Essentia Swim Out

With the same amenities, located near the beach and offering access to the swimming pool. In addition to the amenities, a tour of the colonial city of Santo Domingo (E2S).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). With occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal Note

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight noise.
