The luxury hotel has 526 rooms nestled in a breathtaking natural landscape. Within the complex, there are 3 pools for your enjoyment (whirlpool, main pool, and sports pool), 1 playground, a large garden area, and a tennis court. Double room

The double rooms are approximately 37 m² and feature a bathroom/WC, TV, air conditioning, minibar, bathrobes and slippers, tea/coffee maker, safe, iron, king-size or double bed, and a balcony (PR1/PR2/PPR/SPR). Also bookable as Premium Tropical View (PTZ).

Double room Near Pool

These feature the same facilities as the double rooms but are in a preferred location. They also offer bathrobes in the room (NPS).

Junior suite

These feature the same facilities as the Superior double rooms but are more spacious with a garden or pool view and a balcony, as well as concierge service (JS2).

Double room Premium Superior Near Pool

These feature the same facilities as the double rooms but are located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. They are completely renovated and offer a bathrobe, sound system, and daily turndown service (DZY).

Junior suite Near Beach

The Junior suite is 43 m² and features the same facilities as the Junior suite with a king-size bed and is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Additionally, daily turndown service and concierge service are offered, as well as a sound system, bathrobe, and beach towels in the room (JB2/JNB/JNE).

Family room

Consists of two double rooms with a connecting door (DF2). Also bookable as a completely renovated Family room Superior located in building 3 (ZSF).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two double beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy is: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Suite Ocean Front (PUJ392I)

The approximately 52 m² suites offer a separate bedroom, a living/sleeping area with seating, and a bathroom with shower/WC. They also feature a hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, and balcony (O2F/O1F).

Suite Roof Top private pool (PUJ392I)

At approximately 82 m², these extend over two floors and offer plenty of space. They are located on the top floors and are only bookable for guests aged 18 and over. Features include a terrace with pool and sun loungers, king-size bed, TV, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, and balcony (SRT).

With otherwise similar facilities to the double rooms, these are located near the pool (DT2/DT1).

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased appearance of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae is frequently recorded in the Caribbean during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This requires the use of appropriate equipment, which creates a slight background noise.
